My apologies...

It has been too long since last posting and I promise things will improve. No new news to report on the adoption front. It has been a loooooong wait. Another batch of referrals is expected in the next few weeks, but we don't expect to be in them. We are still waiting for the ever elusive 171H. In the meantime, I have been doing retail therapy. Not wise on the pocket book, but boy is it fun! I think Gracie has more clothes than I do:)

As for other things in our life other than waiting for Ms. Gracie, well, I am adapting to being a stay-at-home almost mom. It is lovely to sleep as late as I want and really do what I want, but it does get boring. I know--boo hoo for me;) I am not really complaining. I have started back to the gym, and next week is when water aerobics begins. Now is the time to tone up!

Steve has changed jobs--same company, different work. He likes it overall, but it does entail some travelling. Travelling wouldn't be so bad if it were to cool places like London. Unfortunately, nothing fun like that so far.

We have added pictures of Gracie's room (so far--we are still working on this) and some of her toys, clothes, etc. For those who don't know, the rocking chair in her room was my Granny's. It means the world to me to have it in Gracie's room. Also, the toy chest was Steve's when he was little, but Steve's mom said that it came from his past relatives.
