So I thought I would jump in here...

Hi, my name is Steve and I'm a Rumor Queen Widower.

Nah, not really, but sometimes I know how football and hockey widows feel :) (Kidding Honey!) Since Jen is in El Paso this weekend celebrating Grandma's birthday with Sandy and John (her brother) I decided it was time for me to start posting on the blog also. Ive always been a part of the postings, but I have tried to step aside and let Jen run with this, and for those that know me, since it is computer related knows that isn't easy for me! I plan on doing a lot of the postings while we are in China. Ive been lining up the photo and video hosting sites, so we can post the pictures and video here on the blog while there.

So enough on the background, what I really came to say is that we have not heard anything new. We expect to see Gracie for the first time in about 3 weeks. Some people have asked, "Are you sure you are next?" That is the sound of someone who has followed the China adoptions closely :) But I can ALMOST guarantee that we are next. China has never skipped a referral month, and they have never done half a day. So I am 99.99% confident that we are next. Why 99.99%? Because with China you never know what could happen. Like I told my Mom, as long as the US doesn't bomb China before November, we will have Gracie home.

So really, thats about all I have to say for now..I want to thank all of you that have supported and encouraged us in this journey, and hope that it will continue when we have Gracie home. Because we will need some babysitters! :)
