This is from the CCAA:
The CCAA has finished the review of the adoption application documents registered with our office before June 30, 2006.
The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the families whose adoption application documents were registered with our office before November 21, 2005.
We wanted our referral this batch, but we just knew it wasn't our turn. We are so very happy for all of the newly created families and we are so excited that we will have a picture of our baby within weeks! :)

I couldn't be more excited! It's just a few weeks now before we get to see what our little Gracie looks like. After all this time we'll finally have her with us soon...we'll have something incredibly special to be thankful for at Thanksgiving. Can't wait!
OMG, that is so fragging close it's crazy! Jeesh, I get antsy when I'm the first car to not make it through a green light, so I can't even fathom how y'all are feeling. I guess you're finally experiencing the first (closest thing to a) guarantee that you've had throughout this whole journey - YOU ARE NEXT. w00t!!! So will Grace and my Lil' Homie be about the same age? Maybe he's a little older. Well, close enough. When she's 32 and you're ready to let her start dating, we can set something up. :)
