Is Baby Price a boy or a girl?

Ha, ha, ha--wouldn't you like to know? We would too! Waiting for our referral puts a whole new spin on labour day for us:) There are reports that this batch will have lots of boys, therefore Gracie could be a boy. Poor baby-- a little boy named Sarah Grace--he, he. Ok, we don't have a boy name picked out, but if we are referred a boy we would be thrilled, too! We will have some quick arranging to do in the room, but we can make it work. As for age...we requested AYAP, but that doesn't seem to mean much. CCAA has referred two year olds to families who are in their thirties and are childless, and they have referred 9 month olds to families who are in their forties and/or have other children. So...no one really knows what happens in the matching room re: age. We do know that they try to match the pics of the parents to the child. I thought that might be hard, but it is amazing how many children have looked so similar to their adoptive parents. This should be interesting too, since Steve has red hair. We have been told that there are Chinese babies with red hair, but we haven't seen one. All I can say is bless little Sarah Grace--he or she has no idea (as he/she is laying in their crib in China as I am typing) what is going to happen in two months. Have a wonderful labour day weekend everyone!

Jennifer
